Return & Refund Policy

At Hardonia, we want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, here’s how we make things right.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.
  • Email hardoniastore@gmail.com to start the process.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or final sale items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  2. Contact your payment provider—posting may take time.

Need a different size, colour, or item? Reach out — we’ll do our best if stock is available.
