At Hardonia, we want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, here's how we make things right.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Email hardoniastore@gmail.com to start the process.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (due to hygiene)
  • Customized or final sale items

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll confirm refund eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take time to post.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or item? Reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate if stock is available.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
