❗ Order Issues

Lost Packages:
If your package is delayed or tracking stalls, contact us. We’ll open an investigation and take care of it.

Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged, send us photos of the packaging and items within 48 hours. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Wrong Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. While we try to help with address changes post-purchase, we can't guarantee edits once processing starts. Correction fees may apply.
